ONLINE TRAINING

Online Training is done from the Trainerize app which is compatible with both iPhone and Android. The workouts have instructional videos and tutorials for each exercise. The training session is not live, but the videos are very detailed so that all levels can perform the workouts.

Workouts are programmed to last approximately 1 hour and there are 3-4 weekly depending on your subscription. You can track your progress by recording metrics such as weight used, reps, time, etc. in the app. Personal physique benchmarks can also be tracked through the Trainerize app including bodyweight, bodyfat %, water and food intake as well as the ability to integrate with your Apple Watch or Fitbit. You may also to leave comments and questions to be reviewed and communicate with me directly through the app. Online workout plans can be programmed for any fitness level and for those with limited access to equipment.
