SMALL GROUP FITNESS

Small Group Fitness class sizes are 3-10 people. Smaller class sizes allow the development of trust and motivation between the trainer and other class members. This also helps develops friendships between class members. Small Group Fitness classes are fun, fast paced and a great way for fitness lovers to workout with their friends in a judgement free environment.

Small Group classes last roughly an hour and are centered around the development of strength, speed, power, conditioning, and are in a modified circuit style format. Small group fitness classes are available to people with similar goals and fitness ranges. All exercises modifiable to individuals capabilities. ​​
