MEET YOUR COACH

First off, my name is Clint Bacon. I grew up playing sports from the time I could walk. Baseball was my first love, but football is where I found that I excelled. I was a high school athlete at Paul Laurence Dunbar in Lexington, KY. That’s where I got my foundational knowledge of the weight room, but wasn’t until after college that I developed a passion for fitness & nutrition.
