As my high school football coach used to tell me: "Rome wasn't built in a day." Similarly, your fitness goals aren't achieved that quickly, either. Your goal physique or a 315 lb. max are not going to be achieved through one or two workouts in the gym, they are realized over the course of several weeks; if not months or years in the gym, which is why I do not offer packages of less than 10-sessions. In order for you to have the best chance to see sustained results, any trainer should need more than just four or five sessions to execute a program effectively, myself included.
